SNP heuristic is not considering the supply shortage while creating Planned orders.

Hi All,

We have an issue with one product i.e., when we are running heuristic in planning book and it's not considering the supply shortage while creating the Planned orders. it's creating net requirements only based on Total demand but it's not considering the supply shortage. This issue we have identified one product and checked other products working as expected so any suggestion that i need to check the master data.

Hello,

Do you mean system is not considering existing supply?

Did you check the planning log?

Check the Planning Results in the application log- TA: /SAPAPO/SNPAPLOG

Also check the rounding value and a lot size which could influence the planning results.
