SNP Deployment with Quota and ATR Catergory not working

Hello Gurus,

SNP Deployemnt is not working properly for some transportaton lanes but strange thing is that, it working fine with other lanes.

When compared the Master Data everything is fine and same as working scenario.

Master Data:

SNP2 tab maintained (Depl Profile with Quota, ATD Receipts with ATR), Quota Maintained, T lane maintained and all data is consistent.

Running Deployemnt interactively....When running normal deployment it collects all the Planned orders as receipts and deploys some in between buckets and most of the receipts are deployed to the last bucket. Deployment is normal deployment not realtime.

Since working for one of the SKU on lane.. So as a Test added one more Means of Transport to existing lane, and removed the all products from Existing MOT. .. To all Suprise deployemnt working totally as expected.

But these are not consistent, Can anybody suggest.

Thank you

Hi Amol,

Did you perform consistency check with:

/SAPAPO/TSCONS, /SAPAPO/DM_PEGCHECK and /SAPAPO/OM17.

How are t.lanes created - by CIF or manually?

Thanks, Marius

Hello Marius,

Yes performed cons check more than once, and these transportation lanes are manually created with all products. It's not product specific.

Did not performed peg check. Will try today

Also since this is normal deployment it should not delete SNP preqs n create deployment orders to last bucket

Thank you

Hi Amol,

Try to work with SNP check horizon too. Start with few weeks/months and see the behavior of the heuristic.

Thanks, Marius

Hi Marius,

I am not sure about checking horizon will have effect as these are one to one location products and not shared.

Will it have any effect on single lane product.

Thank you

Hi Amol,

Yes. It should be considered.

Do you have the same strange behavior if you change the strategy profile?

For example pls change the strategy -  Push distribution to Pull/Pusch and Fair Share rule to A

Thanks, Marius

Hi Marius,

No with push by demand and pull are working fine for same product, I will check today by changing checking horizon

Thank you

Hello Marius,

Checking Horizon changing does not help.

After SAP Notes Implementation issues sorted out.

Check these notes after implementation of which desired results are obtained.

Thank you very much for your help
