Snapshot operator lasts for 2 hours and then it fails

Dear community,

I am currently facing the problem according which the snapshot operator of a KF that is calculated and stored, lasts for 2 hours and then it fails.

Would that mean that I cannot take a snapshot of a KF that is calculated and stored?

Actually it hasn't failed yet, but it will definitely, since that should take 10 sec normally.

Probably I cannot take a snapshot of a KF that is calculated AND stored.

But what about if it is only calculated?

Hi Vasilis,

The snapsot KF works for all the types of KFs which includes: Stored, Stored and Calculated and Calculated.

Can you please elaborate a little bit more on what exactly is happening?

Hi Sourojit,

I have a KF called "Total Forecast" that is calculated only. (before it was calculated and stored, but due to failure of taking the snapshot I changed it to just calculated)

So I want to take a snapshot of that and it doesn't work. It lasts for 2 hours and it fails without an error log.
