SMQ2 failed and getting error Required handling units could not be found

Hello SAP Gurus,

I have created a PI document to add New HU and product. Did all the steps of Create, count, and Post. after that went to /n/scwm/DIFF_analzyer to post difference and it's was under my limit and but when checked in SMQ2 failed with error: "Required handling units could not be found". I checked all the config and tolerance groups everything looks fine and still getting this error. Please help me with this.
