SMQ2 Error message /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF811

Hi SAP Experts,

I am working on S4 with embeded ewm and arm to process customer returns. I currently have multiple queues stuck caused by posting changes using ODR when items have been inspected and the follow up action scrap has been selected. The error message for the queues are the below:

Scrapping: item 10 Scrap (Stipulated Quantity), header No Scrapping

Message no. /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF811

Does anyone know how to correct this issue?

Hello Marco,

When you get one of the /SCWM/DELIVERY_CONF 8xx messages it means that your customizing does not fit to the data in the queue and/ or the documents and item type are contradicting each other. Those checks are there to stop the process early, when you can easily correct the customizing and there is no messed-up document (nothing saved).

If you adjust the scrapping settings in the process control profile of the header and the item type, it should work. The settings should be those that fit to the content of the queue from LE, depending on your business process.
