Appreciate if you could provide some insights on the issue below:
Warehouse orders have been completed but the GR 105 and COM 124 were not updated back in ERP. However, Inbound delivery Goods Receipt status changed from Not Started to Completed with no errors. No pending queue found in SMQ1 EWM System nor SMQ2 ERP.
Below is the PO from ERP (with no GR 105 and COM 124) updated.

The warehouse order marked with status "C"

Based on SLG1, there is an error "Full GR cannot be sent due to open items"

Based on stock overview checking via MMBE, the status still shown as On-Order Stock

When the error message shown as "Full GR cannot be sent due to open items", I have checked further on the steps executed by my user and it seems like no step missing from the process, and no open item when user try to reattempt to post the GRN. Hope you could assist/provide your opinion on this issue.
