Shipping notificat. 180004284 could not be distributed

I am getting this error while creating Inbound delivery for my purchase order in ECC. Inbound delivery isnt distributed to EWM. What setting or checkpoints should i see in my configurations?

2)Generate Distribution Model for Transaction Data Transfer to SAP EWM
