Shelf Life Heuristic IBP

Hello There,

In a strange situation IBP SHL Heuristic is not generating production receipts for one location product and for the other product it is generating. I have compared all the master data and everything is same. Not able to understand what could be missing. After 9-10 the stock should expire and it is coming up in wastage as well. however after that no receipt is generated and its using same stock for every bucket in future to plan. Please assist.

Please refer SAP note# 2841127 - Heuristic does not generate Extternal Receipts.

I have checked the master data and dont see anything like that. Do you have any othe pointer to check.

Hello Varunderp,

Please check desired storage location is extended for that product or not. Sometimes master data is setup perfectly but storage locations not extended for the products. That's why such type of issues/errors happened.
