share a user-specific dashboard

Hi comunity,

I need to share the view of some repo dashboard to certain users so that not everyone can see what everyone else sees, when I investigate I know that there is a possibility through #Organizational Structure#, but could you give me an example of:

We already have the Organizational Structure but how do we share the dashboards with the users that I specify, what would an example be?
