I am looking to introduce the use of Setup Groups and the Setup Matrix alongside CM25 and the Setup Time Optimization dispatch control for the Production Schedulers within a business. However, when attempting to dispatch the orders keep overlapping, as shown in the Multiple Commitments screenshot. The workcenter only has one capacity category, and it is set for finite scheduling (as is the strategy)...
Is anyone able to suggest where I might have gone wrong here?
Just as a point of note, I have also created Setup Groups, assigned them to the recipe and maintained the setup matrix, so the information should be available for the system to calculate the best option.
I appreciate any knowledge someone might have on this
