Setup Time Optimization including additional parameters

To All Experts,

We have a need to us PPDS Optimizer for Set up time Optimization. We also want to consider additional parameters like -

- Capacity availability at Alternate resources

- Considering capacity in terms of Time & Volume

- Certain restrictions on which combination of Products could be loaded into the Resource (allowed combinations)

I know the 2nd & 3rd bullets are delivered via Tank Planning/Scheduling, but is it the same with Optimization?
