Setup Operation time is not following the setup time maintained in setup matrix

Hi All,

I am facing a issue while calculating the setup operation time. The setup activity is running for 20 hr 52 minutes but setup time in setup matrix is being maintained as 9 hr. Is there any other factor which needs to be considered?

Hi,

Can you open your Scheduling board and pick the predecessor operation for this order and then look for the transition between these two setup groups in the setup matrix.

Hi Abhishek,

Thanks for the input. The predecessor is a produce activity (Surtido Run)which doesn't have any setup group maintained in the Recipe.
