Setup matrix in classification maintained resources

Dear Friends,

Please let me know on this:

Product A - having classification maintained with Resource 1 and Resource 2

Product B- having classification maintained with Resource 2 and Resource 1.

Resource 1 having setup matrix SETUP1 maintained which has setup groups maintained.

Resource 2 having setup matrix SETUP2 maintained which has setup groups maintained.

(Both setup matrix have the same characteristics with different values)

Product A usually falls on Resource 1 and Product B falls on Resource2.

If classifications are maintained, will it respect the setup matrix rules while moving from Product A to Product B as both setup matrix have the same characteristics.
