Setup Activity in PDS

Hi,

I have a recipe with 2 phases for an operation - phase 0020 for setup activity and 0030 for produce activity.

using the standard SAP key SAP1 and have maintained the required formula for the setup (SAP001) and produce (SAP002)in the resource on capacity and scheduling tabs and the setup group for the setup phase in the recipe.

In the resource master in ePPDS have maintained the setup matrix.

Problem is that in the PDS my produce activity also gets the setup group assigned and in the planning board total of setup and produce is represented as setup activity.

Did anyone face a similar issue before?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
