Settlement management rebates

Hi SAP Experts,

I'm trying to create condition contract for rebates using WCOCO transaction code in theSettlement Management but i'm unable to see no contracts types in the drop down. I have checked the config in spro i could not find any issue in the config. I'm attaching the screenshot for reference. Kindly suggest what config to be done so that the condition contracts are visible in the drop down button.

I have checked with security team, it was found that the role was missing. The role was added then the condition contract types are getting displayed in drop down now. Thank you victor and all.

Regarding your issue, there could be a few potential causes. I’d recommend checking the following:

• Condition Contract Types Configuration:
  Navigate to Condition Contract Management > Condition Contract Maintenance > Define Condition Contract Types. Ensure the contract types you intend to use are set to "Not Blocked - Can be Used."

• User Role Access:
  Verify with your Security team if there are any role-based restrictions limiting access to specific contract types.
