Setting up a Selection &status profile in QM

Hello Experts,

Can anyone guide me how to set up a Selection profile and status profile in QM. My requirement is I don't want to see the cancelled inspection lots when I run QA 32 report. Kindly correct me if is there any way to achieve my requirement. Thank you !!

Alternative is to use a layout that filters out the cancelled status of the inspection lots.

Thank you for your response but this filter is working only one time if I exit and re run the t code qa32 it resetting back. Please advise is there any other way to make it fixed for every run.
