Hi Experts,
Is it possible to change the "Cycle detected in SCM Network" error message in the Supply Heuristic job to be a warning and simply have the material(s) in question ignored in the run. The error is causing whole runs to error and stop due to individual materials being set incorrectly. We then have a delay passing the information back to local supply chain groups and waiting for data corrections. Ideally we'd like to have the run complete while simply excluding the problematic material and then we'd identify the issue via the log and have data corrected before the subsequent run,
Thanks,
Jez

Hello,
For heuristic 'Infinite Without Shortages', You can make a Multilevel Cycle as 'Tolerant' for the Heuristic by setting up a parameter 'NETWORK_CYCLE_HANDLING_POLICY' to 'TOLERANT'.
A Direct cycle, however, cannot be made 'TOLERANT' or be turned to a Warning . Such a cycle, if detected, will result in the Heuristic run getting stopped with an error.
