Service call blocked on FSM

Hello,

We are in process of ECC-FSM integration .We did initial set up at ECC side after E4C connector set up of Proaxia.

Service order are successfully created on ECC side and replicated on FSM side.

But when we create order at FSM side ,order number never generated. No replication on ECC side and it always show blocked message error on FSM side .

Error Message :

"The object is under synchronization with ERP, and will be unblocked once the synchronization is done. If the process takes longer than usual, please check if your ERP connector is up and running. Reason code: 0

May I know what setting we are missing?

Hi Rahul

95% of all these cases are because the IDoc was not processed. Look for red incoming IDocs in the Proaxia Connector Cockpit to find the root cause.

If you can manage to (re-) process the IDoc, the communication will continue and the blocked object will automatically become unblocked.

Thanks for reply.

When I look at cockpit I don't see any Inbound IDoc rather there is runtime error (see attached screens),Pls suggest.cockpit.png run-time-error.png
