Serial Number with profile A - EWM centralized 1909

Hello All,

We set up a serial profile = A in EWM. Profile A in EWM is able to posting the good receipt without entering the serial number.

However, for the outbound process, we want to enter a Serial Number ONLY for some conditions from the delivery. This part works excellent. During the picking process, we developed a functionality to display the Serial number screen to enter the SN when the conditions are fulfilled.

The problem is there are some deliveries where we don't need/want to enter the Serial Number. For those deliveries, during posting the Goods issue, the system displays an error message indicating that the Serial number is missing or do not match with the qty picked.

Do you know if there is a way in EWM where we can indicate that the entry of the SN is optional (Remember we are using the serial requirement = A and we set up all the procedures as "Serial Usage = Optional" )

It is solved. The flag of Serialization at the outbound delivery Item type level must be unflagged. Solved
