Serial Number scenario for Inbound delivery -Error messageOnly 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1

Hi All,

Scenario - I have done GR and Putaway in EWM system and receipt details is sent to ECC system, but ECC queue has below error message. Kindly assist if I have missed any setting.

Only 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1

I have made necessary SPRO and master setup, please assist to resolve this issue.

SAP EWM-Specific Parameters -->SN Dec. WM box is checked.

Serial Numbers: Settings for Warehouse Number --> Prov.SNs box is checked and SN length is 18 digit.

Master data in ECC and EWM is maintained with Serial no profile -->0001

Serializing procedures - MMSL - Serusage is 03 (Obligatory)
