Serial number error in EWM

Hello,

I receive an SMQ2 error 'Maintain serial numbers for total quantity' even though I enter serial numbers in EWM while counting. Is this due to a missing config?

I recreated the serial number profile in S/4 and that resolved the issue.

it seems that serial number has not been created for all quantity. Could check Please.

Only check and delete the serial numbers are repeated from other deliveries with status picking complete.
