Sequence of ressource

Hello,

I have a question about the TS Supply Planning.

I have a production with 3 production ressoruce. Let me called as

PRODRES1
PRODRES2
PRODRES3

our finish product will produced with all 3 ressoruce. Now I want, that in the TS Supply Planning the sequence of the ressoruce will be consider. That means, first PRODRES1, ...,PRODRES3

is this possible and how can I manage this in IBP ?

Hello Oliver,

You could try to create 3 "versions" of the FG, for example:

• PRODUCT1_V1 --> used for Resource PRODRES1
• PRODUCT1_V2 --> used for Resource PRODRES2
• PRODUCT1_V3 --> used for Resource PRODRES3

And then, using a PLEADTIME = 0, the BOM could be as follows:

PRODUCT1_V1 used as Component for PRODUCT1_V2; and PRODUCT1_V2 is used as Component for PRODUCT1_V3. The real PLEADTIME could be used only for PRODUCT1_V3.
