sequence based on Resources in rescheduling job-Please suguest

Hi All

We have a requirement to run the PPDS Rescheduling jobs(finite) run in sequence based on Resources,Means if i want Resource Y as Priority 1  and Resource X as Priority 2  ,So when run Rescheduling job it should try to occupy the resource Y  first then Resource X second

Please suggest how to sequencing based on Resource
