Sending item master gives error "There is no plant definition for object ITEM and company"

We are using the Proaxia connector for S4HOP to FSM integration

We are sending our first batch of items and getting the error ""There is no plant definition for object ITEM and company" + the company ID.

We've checked our Plant & Sales Area Assignment config multiple times and we think we have the right setup.

Has anyone experienced this ?

I would suggest checking the following transactions.

transactions/n/PACG/ECM_EOAS and /n/PACG/ECM_PLAS.
