Send timestamps in Freight Order XML output using local time zone

For the FO output TransportationOrderRequest_Out the timestamps are all given in UTC. Is there a way to change them to local time without implementing a BADI?

We are working in S4 release 2021.

Thanks but this is already set and it doesn't control the XML output.
