Send Product Master Data from EWM to Non SAP System

Hi,

Currently I am Integrating EWM system to ASRS(Automated storage and retrieval system) and Need to Transfer Specific Product Data. Idoc Should be triggered when Product master is created of it is extended to Specific storage location.

It will be great if anyone can provide Standard Idoc Use for Product data transfer and its procedure.

Hello Rudra,

you can use DataReplicationFramework (DRF) to distribute changes out of /SCWM/MAT1. The issue seems, there is no IDOC containing EWM product data (/SAPAPO/MAT...) segments and also no ServiceAPI (if no IDOCs re used) seems available.

Right now, we tend to use a MATMAS extension (containing EWM data) triggerd out of DRF.

Hi Mit,

Are you talking of decentralized or integrated EWM? Is EWM your leading system for masterdata?

I know the standard IDoc MATMAS, which can be easily generated and sent with report RBDSEMAT from an ECC system. If ECC is your leading system for material master, this could work.

Thank you for your time. My Concern is MY ECC is connected with EWM and ASRS is Connected with EWM. There is no direct connection between ECC & ASRS. I am aware about MATMAS but from EWM how should I Transfer Product master Data?

Hi Mit,

I'm not aware of any native capability for sending idocs with product master data from EWM.
