Send message to users using RF handheld

Hello experts,

We are on SAP EWM 9.2. We want to send any message (e.g. come back to office etc.) to the RF handheld so that user can read it and act accordingly. Is there any functionality of this kind of messaging? I have searched on the forum but didn't find anything.

Any help is appreciated.

After clicking send button message will be delivered

Hi Jobi,

Thanks for the reply. It does work and the message is sent to RF handheld. The only caveat is that the message only shows up when the user hits enter while executing a transaction on the handheld. Seems to be SAP standard behaviour.

Hi Khan

It is possible to send from Monitor

Go to monitor ->Resource management->List the resource to send the message -> click on more methods -> Send message
