Send email used output management in TM without form

I have created a new action definition with processing method as External communication but in conditions it is throwing error in message log stating no form provided .

How I can send email usinf PPF without providing form name in config ?

I request if anyone can provide me the details of the configuration i need to make in the system.

Hi Tapan,

if I understood the question correctly, it is about how to use external Comm. without an attachment.

In that case I'd create an empty Dummy-Forms as this is obligatory in PPF for customizing the processing type. Then you can check during execution of an action, if this forms is part it and decide in an implicit enhancement of CL_DOCUMENT_BCS method ADD_ATTACHMENT either to perform adding an attachment or skipping it.

I tried your approach unfortunately it didn't worked out for me .

Therefore I used another approach that is to use Method Call which worked out for me .
