send contact log - functionality from process receivables

I have noticed the email functionality to send the contact log from the process receivables screen, however I would like to change the text that is proposed:

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find enclosed the summary of our conversation.

Your Collection Specialist

To something different, is this possible? how can it be achieved?

It is possible with the enhancement which can be done by an Abaper.
