security roles and authorization for sap snc asn creation

Hi, We have a requirement in Supplier view to segregate the ASN creation and ASN publish activity.

Is there any role or authorization available to create ASN and he/she can only save the ASN. The other user use with ASN publish authorization will publish the same ASN in Supplier portal.

Is anyone having insight on this.

You can perhaps create a needed role in /nPFCG (please see SAP Note 819369
and https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/1945360 for some ideas). This should suffice.
