/SCWM/QINSP090 error - WT creation with QM: No destination storage bin data found

Hi Gurus,

We got a quality inspection activated for GR putaway on production and it seems that works normally but after every certain time (100, 200 HU GR posted to quality during putaway successfully) the system gives an error for one HU in the process. So, when i try to reprocess the HU creating the putaway WT manually in background i receive the next message:

The quality inspection document is with the next status QI01

You know what could be the issue why this happens for certain HU's and the other ones goes right? the other correct HU's have the same material, same manufacturing order, same quantities (nothing is different) and goes right in system.

We are suspecting is a system issue maybe or there is something that we are missing in the POSC configuration like is specified in SAP note:

The thing is, why some HU's are correct and that 1% are giving error during the putaway?

Have you created bin and assign to quality movement in POSC. for quality storage type as below 

if yes then please check log also
