/SCWM/MON - Monitor

Dear Experts,

I have experience in WM, but I am new to EWM. I am learning EWM, i am executing transaction /SCWM/MON- for sap standard Monitoring , it is taking very long time.

I mean it is in initial screen forever and not producing any result or error  or moving forward. Could you please help me to figure out issue over here?

what are things needs to be checked

Hello Prabakaran ,

Is it freezing  when trying to access with other login ID ?  To start with,please try once with user ID having SAP all access and let us know . I have seen similar issue once in ECC and the reason was security access. 

Also, is the performance all right when executing other transactions ?

Yes, i am  using my id and it has sap all access.

Other transactions are working fine, only monitoring not working. do you know any alternative way? i am really struggling here, as sap study materials  referring this step only more frequently.

Hello Prabakaran,

Can you please ask your BASIS to swtich ON TRACE and then execute the monitor ? This is would help us to understand if it is taking time to access any particular table etc.
