Hello Experts,

I have many queues with error: /SCWM/ERPINTMFG003 "No component item type found for ERP Order type &, product &". in status SYSFAIL.

I regularly run the program PPIO_ENTRY through a job and this seems to cause queues to grow.

I can process them easily by manuel processing in SMQ2.

I can also process them with report "RSQIWKEX".

But is there anyway to prevent these queues as they are unneccesary?

Hi Atasoy, I guess it could be because of the lock on the document.

I do remember some strange message in case of the lock on the document. To check it you can lock PMR and after try to reprocess the queue, to see if error be the same.

Production orders should be distributed in EWM in case there are any relevant changes. There some notes available to prevent unneeded distribution, if I remember right.
