Screen variant is not pulled

Hi all

I created a transction variants for FB50 as you can see on the picture

And set as default for all users

But not all users get the screen variants ZFB50 on several. Why?

Hi,

Please check the settings on the tab page "Variant Groups". Do you know if users will have their "own" variants, which maybe will overrule you SHD0 variant?

Yes the user has own variants, how can I delete it?
