Can we re-introduce scrap from production as a new material in Inventory ? By what movement can we do so ?
Request clarification before answering.
Well, we usually do it with 521 movement type (MM) and corresponding WM movement type. But I guess the accounting point of view will have the final word. 552 (de-scraping) could be used too, but you will probably "create" the stock in the SCRAP bin first anyway. Or any custom made movement type would do too.
If you use production orders, you can also receive the scrap directly with 101 alongside with the product.
