Scope Item 5HP: Combine several stock transport orders into one outbound delivery

Hi there, 

I am looking for a way to combine several stock transport orders with the same goods recipient into one outbound delivery in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. 

Process flow:

1. Create intercompany stock transport orders > ME21N - Create Purchase Order - Advanced
2. Create replenishment delivery for stock transport order  > VL10B My Purchase Orders - Due for Delivery

In the second step, I am looking for a way to select several stock transport orders and combine them into one outbound delivery.

Hi Matthias,

Thanks for pointing that out, you're right,VL10B is technically available in S/4HANA Public Cloud, but as a GUI app via Web GUI, not a native Fiori app. Some features may be limited depending on the system scope and roles.

What I meant by “Shipping Due List” is the Fiori app F4913:- Create Outbound Deliveries from Stock Transport Orders, which acts as the due list for STOs.

Yes, delivery combination still depends on matching fields (route, shipping point, etc.), and split logic can’t be adjusted in Public Cloud.

You can combine multiple Intercompany STOs into one outbound delivery using the standard Shipping Due List Fiori app classic t-codes like VL10B aren’t available in S4 HANA Public Cloud.

Deliveries can only be combined if key fields match, such as;

• Ship-to Party
• Route
• Shipping Conditions
• Delivery Priority

If there’s inconsistent data, the system automatically splits deliveries. Public Cloud follows strict, fixed split logic — no custom config to override this.

thank you for your feedback on my question.
However, I am a little confused about the content.

You say that I should use the standard “Shipping Due List” app and that the VL10B is not available in S4HANA Public Cloud.

I can't understand that. The VL10B app is available both in the system and in the app library.

However, I cannot find the “Shipping Due List” app you described either in an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system or in the App Library.
