SCM APO client copy

Dear All,

I would like to perform client copy
A) from productive system to test system via export / import client

B) a local client copy from client X to new client Z

Are there any actual sap notes, or guides that could help me with this task ? I can't find anything new in sap notes. All problems mentioned in them (like note 894490 / 629660 / 914199 ) are not relevant for my version on SCM (7.4 on HANA, livecache imbedded inside, Netweaver 7.5)
