Hello Team,

Our customer has a scenario they want to implement in the public cloud.

Offer Details:

• Purchase 50 tonnes of SKU and receive an additional 10 kg for free.
• Purchase 75 tonnes of SKU and receive an additional 20 kg for free.
• Purchase 100 tonnes of SKU and receive an additional 30 kg for free.

Note:

• This offer applies to a single SKU, for example, Mahakol 20 gm.
• This offer also applies to a mix of products of the same SKU, such as Mahakol in sizes of 20 gm, 50 gm, 100 gm, 250 gm, 500 gm, and 1 kg. The mix is based on the total weight sold to the distributor. Total of all SKU should be equal to above mentioned weight then above all offers applies.
• The offer may vary depending on the location.

The process starts with the creation of a customer standard sales order using a material for which a free goods condition record is maintained. Depending on the ordered quantities, customers receive free goods.

There are 2 options:

Inclusive: If the ordered material reached a defined quantity, the item will be splitted and the main item will be reduced by the quantity of free goods. E.g. for ordered 1000 PC you will get 20 PC as free goods. So the ordered main item will have 980PC and a free goods item will be 20PC. This works for the same material number only.

Exclusive: If the ordered material reached a defined quantity (e.g. 1000PC), you will get free goods quantity additionally (e.g.20PC). So the total quantity will behigher than the ordered quantity. A new item will be created (item category TANN). The free goods item can have a different material number.

Prerequisite is the creation of a free goods condition record by using app Manage Free Goods. Please have a look to the app library where all options for this app are described.

The condition type is YA00. You can create the condition records for different criteria such as sales organization. Therefore you have the option to have different offers for free goods in different locations or for different customer groups.

You can also maintain scales for the free goods condition record.

Hello Team, We have encountered an issue with our current free goods solution. Our client requires a more complex scenario where free goods are offered based on the combined volume of multiple products. Specifically, if products A, B, C, D, and E together reach a volume of 50 tonnes, then 10 kg of any of these products (A, B, C, D, or E) should be given for free. The existing free goods solution manages free products on a one-to-one (1:1) ratio basis, but our requirement is to aggregate the quantities of multiple products to meet the minimum order quantity and then provide a free product from any of these.

In the free goods tile, only 1 Material at a time in a condition is allowed, for eg. Material X buy 10 qty and get 1 free. But if I have to add scale i.e. same Material X 20 qty and get 3 free is not allowing.
