scheduling of Planned order for dependent materials - Lead time scheduling

Case

Requirement date for FG is 31.05.2023 and consider there are no holidays.

MRP date - 11.5.2023

I am not mentioning the inhouse production dates and basic dates in material master.

Consider there are no buffer times for palnned orders and production order

backward scheduling

Here the Lead time scheduling is not considering the routing time to create the planned orders on respective dates.

Material - Routing time / qty - Planned order date from standard MRP - expected planned order start date

Finished 2 days 31.05.2023 29.05.2023 - ( 2 days before the expected date)

Bom Component 2 days 31.05.2023 26.05.2023 - ( 2 days before the header material production date)

Am I missing anything - the main thing is the components start dates are not comming as per the header material production start date.

Hi,

Please check Saturday and Sunday would be treated as holidays. Check the work days for calendar in SCAL.
