scheduling a background job with another step within it

Hello.

I am not sure if this is possible. But I am trying to create a background with in another background job. When the job is ran, we would then have to go into the report and select all the process orders and execute them all to get them recosted. Is there a way I can create a background job that can do this?

1st report (I already schedule a background job for this)

After the report is generated, I would then have to select all the orders

Click mass processing and execute
