Hello All,
Please share your thoughts on below.
i have a Material (F-Type) to make my finished product (E- Type). for F-type material, i have scheduling aggrement in the system and which is marked as planned in external system(EPPDS). So, when i run the MRP Live in S4 HANA, it actually creates planned orders for E-type Material and Schedule lines for F-type material in my EPPDS Product view(/SAPAPO/RRP3). But i am observing here is all the schedule lines are coming with PP-Firmed Indicator in RRP3. Is any one have what is the issue to show this Schedule lines are PP-Firmed?
Appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks,
Chandra.

Hello,
The "PP-Firmed" indicator is set if one of the firming indicators is set at header level or at a product receipt or if the order is within the planning time fence. The "PP-Firmed" indicator is not saved persistently. It is determined dynamically.
Please refer SAP consulting note 453864 - Firming/fixing logic in APO

Hi,
Thank you for the reply, still there is not enough information. However what i would suggest is to have a look at the oss notes 2088322, in which it talks about some of the settings in the scheduling agreement.
Please check the MRP type the planning time fence as well.

Hi Chandra,
Where are you finding them firmed in /sapapo/rrp3 or in MD04. If you are finding it in MD04 then this is how the system is designed. If it is in /sapapo/rrp3 then we would need to investigate, and it would need more details from your side in the form of screen shots.
Hope this helps.

Sasi
