Saved transaction fields

hello,

Is there a way to clear the fields from a transaction after going back to it?

Right now, when I go to a transaction, some of the fields are filled with the history of my last transaction.

I have to manually backspace them to put in new info.

Is there a way to not save these fields so I don’t have to clear them every time?

Any of your screen- Just click "Clear History" in Customized Local Layout(Alt +F12) in Local data of History segment .

Now try your transaction and check how your system behaving!

This is a SAP Gui setting - go to Options

Under local data, and turn off history radio button

hi Tammy. I think the feature you described toggles the drop down history box on and off.

What I’m wanting is for the field to completely clear itself when I go back to a transaction.

Right now when I go back, the field is already filled and I have to always backspacs
