Saved Alert Situation bar in Alert Monitor

Hi,

Some see this some don't.... Saved Alert Situation bar.

What settings drive this ? I thought it was user settings in the Alert monitor > Fav > Generate alerts in the background. but that doesn't seem to help.

How and when does anyone see this bar ?

Hi,

Maybe you have scheduled batch job running for program - /SAPAPO/READ_ALERTS_BATCH which is saving the alerts.

Thanks Alok,

This job is already scheduled in the BG (run by BG user). Still this isn't seen by some users. Wonder why!
