Hi Experts,
I have installed and configured 1.SAP Work manager 6.3 . 2. SMP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP level 3. 3. Agentry Client on Windows System.We successfully tested agentry client on Windows system(smp_cert file is imported successfully) where we get the tabs as Work orders, Notifications and Timesheets.
Now the same scenario testing on Mobile devices,
We are connected to the VPN and installed the SAP WORK MANAGER APP from google play store.and trying to connect , we are getting the error as
Requesting Public Key from Server
Communication Error 14
Connection failed
Ending Transmission.
Please suggest what other settings need to be do on Mobile devices to connect the SAP WORK MANAGER app.

I would recommend you look at upgrading your SMP server version SP03 is very old. There were numerous fixes and improvements to the Agentry component in SMP3 that you would benefit from in the later releases.
