SAP Work Manager kind of application using SAPUI5 and Offline OData

Hi All,

One of our customer is looking for SAP Work Manager kind of asset management mobile application. As they are not satisfied with SAP Work Manager standard UI, hence they want us to develop same kind of application using SAP UI5.

I want to understand your view on this. Is it really feasible to develop this kind of application using SAP UI5 and Offline Odata. what are the challeges are involved if we go ahead with this approach? Can we really store huge offline master data?

Please let me know your view on same.

Were you able to proceed on this? Trying to check if you had any options that you thought of and also what could be the issues that you are thinking when developing in UI5.

Hi Anand,

Now SAP has come up with the concept of integrating Agetnry and SAP UI5.

You can have SAP UI5 screens along with standard features of Agentry(offline, delta detection, Transmit......).
