Hi Experts,
We are using SAP Work Manager 6.5.6 with Meter Management along with Agentry 7.1 SP04 WPF client. We are seeing an issue with docx & xlsx documents.
During fetch, document is successfully fetched from ECC and we can see that document in C:\Users\UserID\Documents\Documents folder. When we double click on attachment to open it, we see a dialog box with three buttons 1. Open 2. Save 3. Cancel as shown in following screenshot.

If we click on Save button, we see following exception message on screen. We even tried to change the registry entries for html as suggested online in some of the articles, but no help. Do anyone has idea why it is happening?
This issue seems to be inherited from Work Manager 6.4 as we have seen this issue previously before upgrading to SAP Work Manager 6.5 last year. We are yet to try and replicate this issue in out of the box Work Manager 6.5.
