SAP Work Manager 6.4 DMS attachment download error: Website is blocked

Hi All,

The DMS Work Order attachment fails to open in the Work Manager 6.4 application and gives the attached error 'file:///C:Users.....Doc1.pdf Website is blocked', when clicking on the attachment with the status 'on device'.

The attachment was created from the Work Manager app and able to open the attachment from SAP.

Please help with the issue here.

Hi Asher,

I remember we faced random issues with attachments for one project where we were using SAP Work Manager 6.2. We were using WPF Client and we set C:/Attachments as download folder for attachments.

Later we suspected that some of the users who are facing issue with Attachments might not have read / write access to C:/Attachments folder, wo we changed the attachment download location through Agentry Code & it fixed issue.

Navigate to the folder of device & check if attachment is downloaded or not. What is your device OS?
