SAP Transportation Management Tendering via Email Query

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to set up tendering via email in S/4 HANA 2020. We are able to send out RFQs via emails and receive the responses from carriers. We see those responses in Tcode: SOIN(SAP Inbox). However, we are unable to see the quotes received on the Freight Order UI. When I run the tendering processing program--/SCMTMS/TEND_CONT_PROCESS after the response time has passed, the quotation moves into the "Completed" status and it says on the UI--'No acceptable response received.'

Any idea how to process the emails visible in SAP inbox so that we can see the quotes on the FO UI? We also tried running the program--/SCMTMS/TEND_PROCESS_INBOX before running the program--/SCMTMS/TEND_CONT_PROCESS but that did not help either. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Unfortunately, it seems to be taking longer than usual for your question to be answered. You might want to try an alternative route to speed things up.
