Hello experts,

In my road scenario I am using VSR Optimizer to plan FUs. Example, I have a FwO with 1 product = 38 tons. I also have 3 locations:

A - Source location

B - Destination location

Z - Location of all resources

Each ton is a separate FU. So there are 38 FU, each 1 ton. I set the minimum load percentage = 100% in planning costs settings in planning profile. So I tried to plan all these 38 FUs with 1 exact resource with capacity = 19 tons.

So there shold be a FO with next Stages and load percentage:

Z -> A 0%

A -> B 100%

B -> A 0%

A -> B 100%

B -> Z 0%

But there are next stages in my planning:

Z -> A 0%

A -> B 100%

B -> A 0%

A -> B 95%

B -> A 0%

A -> B 5%

B -> Z 0%

What's wrong?
