SAP TM S/4 HANA 1809 does not have standard SAP datas!

Hi,

Our company has installed S/4 HANA 1809 version which has SAP TM embedded. But it does not have any Standard SAP datas. Meaning, if I open Freight doc type, it should have standard SAP freight doc types but none were available. This is the case with all transactional and master datas...

Should I've to activate any business functions or implement any SAP OSS notes to get standard SAP datas. Please advice.
